Intensive Sleep Training

This is a remote, BCBA-guided program designed to support families experiencing persistent sleep challenges, such as frequent night wakings, co-sleeping, early mornings, or bedtime resistance.

Using evidence-based behavioural strategies, your BCBA works closely with you to assess current sleep patterns and develop a personalized sleep plan tailored to your child’s needs.

All support is delivered online through video calls and secure messaging. Families receive real-time coaching, data tracking tools, and step-by-step guidance to build consistent, healthy sleep routines, while feeling supported every step of the way.
